As we get older, our hearing begins to lose some of its sharpness and clarity, especially for high-frequency sounds. This process of age-related hearing loss is known as presbycusis (presby = elder, cusis = hearing). The hearing loss is gradual and many adults do not even realize that their hearing is diminishing.
This option replaces the speaker driver in the Ingenium or Integrum speakers with top of the line Lowther DX4 with 2.2 Tesla – one of the most powerful magnets in the industry. This provides even more detailed sound and extended low and high frequencies, and pushes the leading performance of Ingenium and Integrum speakers to amazing 103dB.
Now available is a pure silver coil option. This gives you a choice of speed and detail of pure copper (standard) coil, and silk smooth operation of pure silver coil.
