Musicians, engineers and us – audiophiles and music lovers, have long debated the question of the tube sound versus solid-state electronics sound. Although solid-state technology dominates today's world of electronics, vacuum tubes are increasingly popular for high-fidelity audio applications. Actually, there are more manufacturers of high end tube stereo equipment now than at any point in history. Full range speakers vs. multi-drive speakers was another long debate with a similar outcome. There are certainly many more multi-speaker designs but full-range sound is better than ever! This page is intended to help both experienced and new fans to get quality information about tube electronics and related equipment such as full-range speakers and high-quality cables. An improved understanding could even assist audiophiles as they consider purchases of new equipment. We will be thrilled if this page contributes to a broader community of audiophiles who enjoy the wonderful sound of tubes combined with unmatched neutrality and magnificent detail of full-range speakers. It’s all about the joy of music after all.

" I spent about 5 hours listening to Opera, Violin solo, Symphony, Piano solo-- The sound was simply amazing.  The real test of a system is if you stop listening to the openness of the midrange, the detail of the high end, etc., etc., and just find yourself drawn into the beauty of the music.  That is what the Integrums did for me--they made listening to music just a pure joy."

"The Integrum is a superb product... There was also something about the Integrums' stereo imaging that I really liked-a sort of spatial cleanness and clarity that made it easy to tell where the soundfield began and ended."  - writes Art Dudley in the Stereophile, February 2007
